September Fasting Schedule:

Everyday of the month - no processed sugars, desserts, and artificial sweeteners (NO diet soda!)

Friday, the 3rd (16 hour) - Basic intermittent fasting. You can pretty much just skip breakfast.

Friday, the 10th (24 hour)

Friday, the 17th (24 hour)

Wednesday the 22nd thru Friday the 24th (48 hour)

Things allowed during periods of fasting:

  • Water (required)

  • Black Coffee (optional)

  • Sea salt or pink himalayan salt in water (recommended for hard training sessions and when fasting for periods over 24 hours)

  • Zero calorie electrolyte and/or amino acid blend (recommended during intense training or when fasting for periods over 24 hours)
